WIN THEM: Saving souls through evangelism, serving our community, and displaying love in everything that we do. 

TRAIN THEM: Equiping members of this community by using the Bible as our textbook and our leadership as our professors.

 SEND THEM OUT: Sending the people who were saved by grace and trained with the Word of God on an assignment to grow and establish the Kingdom of God.
